History of Our Clinic

Since 1962, Ophthalmology Associates has been dedicated to providing the highest level of professional skill and technological advances in eye care to the residents of Fort Worth and surrounding communities. General Ophthalmology care has been the cornerstone of Ophthalmology Associates since its inception.  The founding physicians, Dr. Joe Bussey and Dr. Rufus Roberts, acquired specialized training and brought that expertise to Fort Worth. 

Today, our staff consists of board-certified ophthalmologists,  board-certified therapeutic optometrists in  adult and pediatric  ophthalmic specialties, and JCAHPO-certified support staff,  allowing us to provide the highest  quality, comprehensive eye care. For patients' convenience, we have 5 locations in Fort Worth and surrounding cities.
